All items serve 4-6, or 2 people with plenty of leftovers. The expansive menu offers things like meat and cheese antipasti platters, meatballs with marinara, Italian finger sandwiches, family style pastas, mains that include a whole side of salmon or chicken scallopini, a huge selection of sides and salads, scratch made desserts, and full cakes and tortes. The Carillon usually hosts an extensive brunch buffet for hundreds of guests onThanksgiving Day, but to encourage safety, this year we will be providing a to-go option with some gourmet dishes.
